However, we understand that situations may arise where you may require a refund or wish to terminate our services. 2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

a) All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email to admin@flashcat.com within 7 days of the original purchase date. b) Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be considered. c) We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

a) Refunds may be considered solely for the initial purchase of our digital marketing plans; however, subsequent months of service are strictly non-refundable. b) Refunds in the initial purchase may only be considered if no work or partial work has been rendered. In cases of partial work for the initial purchase, eligibility for a partial refund will depend on an evaluation of the work completed, without guarantee of any refund. b) If you choose to cancel, you will be required to pay for services until the end of the current month, regardless of whether you want us to continue working or not. c) Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered or for any hours worked and billed.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

a) Customized digital marketing strategies and plans are non-refundable. b) Fees for any third-party services, software, or tools that have been purchased on your behalf are non-refundable. c) Any setup fees, consultation fees, or onboarding fees are non-refundable. d) Courses, programs, and training materials are non-refundable once accessed.

5. PARTIAL REFUNDS

a) If a refund is deemed appropriate and any time has been spent on your business, you will only be issued a partial refund. The partial refund will be calculated based on the amount of work already performed, including any hours worked by our team and any third-party expenses incurred on your behalf. b) Partial refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will take into account the value of the services rendered up to the point of the refund request.

6. PROCESSING REFUNDS

a) Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. b) If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days. c) If you do not receive your refund within the specified time frame, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES

a) You may cancel your subscription to our services at any time by providing written notice to admin@flashcat.com. b) Upon cancellation, you will be responsible for any outstanding payments due for services rendered up to the date of cancellation. c) No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the monthly service period in which the cancellation occurs.

8. TERMINATION BY FLASHCAT

a) FlashCat reserves the right to terminate services at any time if you fail to comply with our Terms of Service or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that continued service is not in the best interest of either party. b) In the event of termination by FlashCat, you will be refunded for any prepaid, unused services beyond the termination date.

9. EXCEPTIONS

a) This refund policy does not apply to promotional or discounted services unless explicitly stated in the promotion’s terms and conditions. b) Refunds are not applicable for services purchased through third-party resellers, partners, or sales affiliates. Please refer to the reseller or partner’s refund policy for such purchases.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

a) Any disputes arising from or related to this Refund and Return Policy will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution terms outlined in our Terms of Service.
