CANCELLATION POLICY

At FlashCat, we believe in keeping things easy, clear, and transparent for you. Below is an outline of how our cancellation and refund policies work, ensuring you always feel secure when working with us.

General Cancellation Policy
a) You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to FlashCat. b) Upon cancellation, access to services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused services once a billing cycle has commenced. c) FlashCat is not responsible for service disruptions or failure to complete tasks due to removal from systems or other circumstances beyond our control.

Eligibility for Refunds
a) Refunds will only be considered if agreed-upon deliverables or performance metrics as outlined in your contract are not met. b) It is your responsibility to ensure that necessary onboarding steps and consulting appointments are scheduled and completed. c) Additional details can be found in our Refund Policy.

Refund for Courses and Program Restrictions
a) Refunds for courses and programs are limited. If significant time and effort have been spent on your project, only a partial refund may be awarded. b) If cancellation occurs within seven days of purchase and minimal work has been completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

Subscription Services and Appointments
a) FlashCat will continue to perform digital marketing services even if you miss a meeting or appointment unless otherwise notified. b) Consulting sessions can be rescheduled within 48 hours of the initial appointment. Missed appointments without rescheduling within this time will be billed. c) After two cancellations (even with proper notice), any additional cancellations will be treated as missed appointments and billed accordingly. d) FlashCat may consider special circumstances but is not obligated to reschedule beyond standard terms.

Additional Meetings or Consultations
a) Requests for additional meetings or consultations outside your current plan will either be billed at your hourly rate or require a subscription to a larger plan.


SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Scope of Paid Advertising (Included)
a) FlashCat manages paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, Programmatic TV Channels, printing, radio, and billboards. b) A 12% management fee is applied to total ad spends exceeding $4,000 per month across these platforms. No management fee applies for ad spends below $4,000.

Paid Influencer Marketing, Email Software, Guest Posts
a) FlashCat manages campaigns involving influencer marketing, email software, data, and guest posts, with a 12% management fee applied to spending over $1,500 per month. No fee applies if spending is below this threshold.

Excluded Costs
The following are excluded from the 12% management fee:

  • Freelancers or outsourced hourly work
  • Software not related to email marketing (e.g., CRM systems, design tools)
  • Paid subscriptions for tools unrelated to advertising campaigns (e.g., project management platforms, lead generation software)

Additional Billing Details

  1. Software and Ad Costs: All full-service packages include marketing services that benefit your business, but software costs (e.g., third-party tools, ad spend, CRM systems) are billed separately. Campaign ad budgets for platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, or Programmatic TV Channels, as well as printing costs, guest posts, videography, or photography services, are not included in the service package.
  2. Creative Control and Overage Billing: You retain full creative control over your marketing plan, guided by our expert insights. Additional hours beyond the package will be billed at $60 per hour, and unused hours do not roll over to the next month. Any requests for extra services or revisions outside the agreed plan may incur additional charges.
  3. Flexible Service Delivery: We do not deploy every service for every business. Instead, we tailor the strategies and tactics that make the most sense for your business, focusing on what will drive the best results. This may involve reviewing your sales operations, pricing strategies, building new products, or expanding your current offers. By working with FlashCat, you agree to trust our expertise in finding the best avenues for scaling your business quickly.
  4. Invoicing and Auto-Billing: FlashCat’s 12% management fee is invoiced monthly based on total advertising spend. We reserve the right to auto-bill unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
  5. Late Fees and Penalties: Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension, and a 7% late fee will apply to overdue payments.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION AND USE

Authorization for Charges
By providing FlashCat with your credit card information, you authorize us to charge your card for agreed-upon expenses related to services such as advertising, software subscriptions, management fees, and other marketing costs.

Expense Management
FlashCat oversees the management of your business expenses related to advertising, third-party services, and other necessary items to optimize your marketing strategy. You are responsible for providing accurate and updated credit card information.

Monthly Reconciliation and Limits
Invoices will be provided, and expenses will be managed within your designated budget. Any changes to your budget must be communicated in writing.

Fraud, Security, and Refunds
FlashCat uses secure, encrypted methods to process transactions. However, you acknowledge the inherent risks of online transactions. Refunds for services already rendered will follow our Refund Policy.

Outstanding Balances and Responsibility for Charges
If expenses billed do not go through on your credit card, you are responsible for the outstanding balance. FlashCat may take action to recover funds, including using secondary cards or third-party collections.
